Job Opportunity: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time starting September
Salary: £90+ per day, based on experience
A school in the Kensington & Chelsea area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Secondary team for the full academic year starting in September. This role offers great hands-on experience in the field of education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering lessons with the class teacher’s guidance
* Provide additional support to individual students or small groups
* Monitor student progress and give feedback to the class teacher
* Help with administrative tasks like preparing materials and marking
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
* A strong passion for education and helping students reach their potential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Prior experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is a plus, but not required
