Job Description:
Our award winning Manchester based client are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a firm with an impressive employee retention rate, which is a direct result of a fantastic working environment, continued personal development and an attractive remuneration package
Duties & responsibilities will include: (not limited to)
* Processing new business for Group Risk, Auto Enrolment, Group Personal Pension & Group Private Medical Insurance
* Setting up new Employee Benefits Schemes
* Actioning LOA’s
* Working in conjuction with the advisory team to either renew or switch schemes
* Liaise with providers & corporate clients
* Liaising with product providers
* Maintaining an accurate record of the client’s financial situation
The candidate:
* Administration expereince within a firm of financial planners (essential)
* Experince in Group Risk, Group PMI or Group Pensions (desirable)
* Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
* knowledge of provider platforms
* Highly organised
