Job Description:
Daytime healthcare is currently working with a national supplier who are looking for experienced care coordinators to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients, local authorities & other stakeholders.
* Ensuring that the services comply with CQC requirements.
* Ensuring that the highest standards of care are well maintained at all times.
* Producing care workers rotas and managing the roster software.
Requirement:
* Must have at least 1 years of experience as a Care Coordinator within the domiciliary field.
* Must have a license and have own transport.
