Job Description:
A Personal Assistant is required on a temporary basis for this leading Public Sector Conference Centre to work in delivering a range of activities from filing to diary management for the CEO.
Client Details
Our client operate a high profile, prestigious Conference and exhibition space, they are looking for PA support to work with the current team and deliver a range of administrative activities.
Description
Working with the PA to the CEO you will be involved in the following:
* Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
* In box management
* Maintaining an organised filing system.
* Organising and attending meetings, minute taking and reporting
* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses, where necessary.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant will be able to evidence:
* A proven track record in a business administration role for senior leadership.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
The role is office based 5 days/week
Job Offer
* A competitive hourly rate of up to £17/hr, circa 3 month temporary contract with possibility to extend
