Community Housing Officer
LOCATION: Devon
HOURS: 37.5 Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:00 Fridays 08:30-16:30
SALARY: £15 Inclusive PAYE or £17 Umbrella
DURATION: TEMP

* Engage with local communities to understand their housing needs.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve access to affordable and quality housing.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address housing challenges and create sustainable solutions.
Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in housing management or community development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Demonstrated understanding of housing policies and regulations.
* Ability to analyse data and identify trends to inform housing strategies.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in Housing Studies, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
* Professional accreditation in housing or community development is desirable.
* Additional qualifications in project management or data analysis would be beneficial.
