Job Description:
We’re recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients Brook Green office, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with strong communication skills and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll enjoy working as part of a small office, have good initiative and a can-do attitude and most importantly take pride in the work that you do, both individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Negotiator:
* Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
* Thrive on working in a target-driven environment.
* Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers.
* Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
* Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers.
* Have a good understanding of the offer process.
* Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
* Maintain records on Reapit, keeping in touch with buyers and archiving where necessary.
* Keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
* Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
* Adhere to ISO, Money Laundering, Health & Safety legislation.
Package for the Senior Sales Negotiator:
* £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
* £5,000 Car Allowance
* £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
Key Skills:
* At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
* Target and goal driven individual.
* Adaptable, excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to generate leads from the database.
* Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
* Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care.
