Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager in COLNE, who’s as passionate about great leadership as we are.
Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
* Driving the commercial Sales results
* Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
* Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values
* Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
* Build effective relationships with suppliers
* Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
* Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
* Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience
* Branch Management experience gained in a Builder’s Merchant
* Proven background is driving commercial Sales results
* Leadership of teams of up to 18 people
* You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.
