As an IT Integrations Analyst, you will oversee the integration of acquired businesses into our established IT Target Operating Model, ensuring seamless transitions and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of IT Integrations to complete the IT due diligence process for prospective acquisitions, engaging with vendors and suppliers as necessary.
* Evaluate target IT systems, data, and technologies to identify integration opportunities, risks, and challenges.
* Develop integration plans and strategies for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Work closely with the Solutions Architect and IT Integrations team to conceptualize and execute the integration of acquired businesses’ IT systems, data, and technologies.
* Ensure seamless data, applications, and systems transfer while preserving data integrity and system functionality.
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in IT integrations, ideally within a corporate setting involving multiple acquisitions.
* Profound knowledge of integration processes, data migration, and IT systems alignment.
* Analytical and problem-solving prowess, focusing on pragmatic solutions to integration complexities.
