Salary: up to £25,000
Hours: 35 hours
This leading UK law firm is seeking a full time Receptionist to join its thriving Birmingham office. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the reception area, meeting room suite alongside carrying out general office admin. The role will involve:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Booking meeting rooms and organising travel
* Organising catering and hospitality
* Closing files and archiving
* Preparing the incoming and outgoing post
* Closing files and archiving
