Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist- Fully Remote (possibly 1 day a month in London) - £35,000-£45,000

About the Job

In this role, you will lead the recruitment of both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring excellence in talent acquisition and developing robust hiring processes. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, support hiring managers, and provide detailed recruitment reports to the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and expand a recruitment team.
Duties will include:

* Developing recruitment strategies and policies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job approval to onboarding.
* Enhancing recruitment procedures and exploring new channels.
* Developing the employer brand.
* Leading external recruitment events.
* Overseeing clinical recruitment, including compliance checks and onboarding.
* Supporting the recruitment of Consultants and Registrars.
* Drafting job adverts and application questions.
* Providing weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and productivity reports.
About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the recruitment of medical professionals. Ideally you will have experience of liaising with senior healthcare professionals (doctors / registrars etc). You will possess excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be adaptable, innovative, and a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
