Logistics Administrator

Role Overview:
Support the Supply Chain function to meet business supply requirements, manage preferred suppliers, and ensure smooth third-party operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and new factories with the Logistics Lead.
* Assess new factories for product capabilities, capacity, and alignment with company objectives.
* Liaise with suppliers/factories as directed.
* Stay updated on trends, innovations, and technologies to enhance services.
* Support quality control and compliance standards in new factories.
* Ensure ethical, diverse, and sustainable company values.
* Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and third-party warehouses for timely deliveries.
* Foster positivity within the Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Compliance teams.
* Support customer project teams with updates in emails and meetings.
* Collaborate with internal departments for efficient task execution.
* Assist the Logistics Lead in developing new projects and processes.
* Oversee warehouse capacity usage for efficiency.
* Proactively communicate supply chain delays and escalate potential risks.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain best practices.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* Strong numeracy skills for data analysis.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Understanding of shipping manifests, international freight, and supply chain.
* Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills.
* Effective time management and deadline delivery.
* Willingness to work extra hours if needed.
* Adaptability to change and development.
* Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
