Job Description:
HR CONSULTANT - 1 DAY PER WEEK OR AD HOC BASIS - INSIDE IR35
Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking for an Ad - Hoc HR Consultant on a contract basis working inside IR35.
Essential Skills
* CIPD qualified.
* Experience of successfully navigating and providing sound advice in relation to complex HR issues.
* Ability to operate autonomously without pre-established HR policies in place.
* Able to quickly gain the trust of senior stakeholders due to the credibility of HR advice provided.
* Experienced in, and a sound understanding of:
* Dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances;
* Settlements;
* TUPE;
* Employment law.
