We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £32,979 to £36,396 and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Providing procedural advice and guidance to managers on basic informal and formal casework, under the support and guidance of the Associate HRBP
* Managing the administrative support related to ER casework at all stages of the process, e.g., booking rooms, coordinating availability, collating evidence and disseminating paperwork
* Attending formal hearings and investigations in the capacity of notetaker
* Creating and maintaining case management files and preparing standard letters for casework under the guidance of the Associate HRBP
* Ensuring internal management systems are maintained accurately and are up to date
* Supporting the Senior HRBP and Associate HRBP in the management of wider HR initiatives
* Providing procedural advice and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR processes as required
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Working on complex ER cases
* Note taking in ER meetings
* Maintaining of HRIS’s
