Alchemy is assisting a reputable Moving & Storage company based in the Salisbury area, providing comprehensive moving and storage solutions. The company is seeking a dynamic Moving & Self Storage Sales Advisor to join their team.

As part of the sales team, you will promote and sell moving and self-storage services to residential and commercial clients. This role reports to the senior manager.

Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers interested in moving and self-storage services.
* Respond promptly to moving & storage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
* Provide accurate information about moving & storage services, pricing, and availability.
* Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with moving & storage clients.
* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
* Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and sales activities.
* Follow up with moving & storage customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
* Stay updated on moving & storage industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or self-storage industry.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
