We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client, a vibrant and exciting company based in High Wycombe.
We’re looking for someone customer focused with knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok to join our client’s team.
Duties will include
* Answering customer queries on Live Chat
* Dealing with complaints and quality issues in a systematic way
* Liaising with delivery partners when issues arise
* Liaising with production at all locations
* Liaising with studio to resolve artwork issues
* Communicating with customers
* Monitoring and responding to feedback on Reviews and Trustpilot
* General administration tasks, assisting Finance manager
Skills/Experience
* Customer focused
* Understanding of Live Chat Customer service support beneficial
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Good communication skills (both oral and written)
* Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
