Events Coordinator

A talented Events Coordinator who has a strong background in event management and administration is required by a market leading company in the legal sector.  
What you will be doing;
* Management of company marketing calendar
* Planning, promotion and delivery of a wide range of company events
* Ordering of event collateral and merchandise
* Outside of event management this position will also be required to support with other areas of marketing 
* Manage IT and AV requirements for conferences, events, meetings, and hearings. 
* Database Management
What you will need:
* Experience in an Events/Marketing/Administration position would be advantageous.
* Strong understanding of IT and AV systems.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills: specifically, the ability to use Excel and PowerPoint.
* A working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Photoshop would be advantageous 
* Able to work after office hours when delivering events
* Excellent communication skills
* Relevant Marketing degree / qualifications
