Quality Personnel is looking for an exceptional orders administrator to join our well-established client. This person will have excellent attention to detail as they will need to be processing high volumes of orders. Excel skills are required, including V Lookups so a solid understanding and experience of excel would be beneficial.
* Reception duties including meeting and greeting, answering the telephone and managing the post
* Arranging the scheduled facilities maintenance with contractors
* Ensuring all documentation is completed with suppliers
* Health and safety reporting
* Internal auditing
* Arranging travel including hotels, flights and transfers
* Maintain the business management system
The successful candidate will have;
* Previous administration experience in a mirrored role
* Strong organisational skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Fully proficient in the Microsoft Office
