As we continue to expand our reach and build strong relationships within the industry, we are seeking passionate and results-oriented Account Managers to drive our B2B sales strategy, focusing on hairdressers and salons.
Position Overview
As a Sales Account Manager you’ll hold a pivotal role, splitting your focus evenly between managing existing accounts and driving new sales. You will build and nurture relationships with accounts, develop new business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase product adoption. The ideal candidate will be organised, be able to deliver exceptional customer service, and have a positive can-do attitude. The role will be office based from our Manchester city centre location Monday - Thursday and working from home on a Friday.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow the brand by actively prospecting and opening new accounts
* Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
* Respond to incoming leads promptly and effectively
* Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress using a CRM system
* Work independently, demonstrating excellent planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills to effectively manage your accounts and meet targets
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and build relationships with key clients
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
* Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
* Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not essential.

* £25,000 Basic (£30,000 OTE)
* Commission (Uncapped)
