Alchemy is assisting a prestigious international removals company in their search for a Removals Marketing Assistant, to join their team based near Woking in Surrey.

As the Removals Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing general support and administration within the marketing department, this is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities:
* Create relevant content for the removal company’s social media schedules.
* Monitor social media outlets and review sites to control the removal company’s online reputation.
* Assist in creating reports for enquiries and digital activity; monitor and assess these reports.
* Assist in developing new marketing strategies for the removal company. brand; develop, track, and evaluate activities.
* Coordinate with external agencies to drive traffic to the removal company’s website, and track traffic conversion.
* Manage printing needs and keep company literature up to date.
* Ensure the timely execution of marketing projects directed by the Marketing Manager.
* Monthly updates and reports are provided on customer feedback and ISO monitoring.
* Monitor marketing calls and emails to direct inquiries to the proper areas.
* Upload customer survey submissions to the removal company’s CRM system.
* Upload canvassing data to the company’s CRM system.
* Adhere to defined quality system policy and procedures by ISO9002.
* Perform any other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of experience as a marketing assistant or comparable role, preferably in the removals or related business.
* Proficiency with social media networks and management tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to operate well both in groups and on one’s own.
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
