Shift Leader - Team Leader - Recycling - Plastics - Dudley
Brooklyn Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Shift Leader / Team Leader for a RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) centre in the Bilston area of Wolverhampton. This company have 2 positions open 1, to work day shift 7am - 7pm Mon - Thurs and the other to work night shifts 7pm - 7am Mon - Thurs. Immediate start date available!
This Plastics Recycling Plant have recently gone through some major changes and are for Shift Leaders / Team Leaders who can help lead the team, through continuous improvement activities to get it to where it should be!
As Shift Leader / Team Leader you will be:
* Adhering to production schedules
* Ensuring manufacturing targets are met
* Leading and mentoring your team
* Conducting shift briefings
* Encouraging a continuous improvement working environment
* Monitoring the quality of products and raising any issues
* Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times
* Keeping shift records up to date
* Participating with maintenance and cleaning schedules
* Other duties as required
To be suitable for this role of Team Leader / Shift Leader you should have held a similar role within a manufacturing environment previously. The ideal candidate would also have experience with RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) or recycling. You should also have an engineering qualification.
