Senior Customer Service Advisor
£32,000 to £36,500

An award-winning environmental services business that has built a solid reputation within their marketplace. Recent investment has allowed for expansion plans and they are now recruiting a senior role to join their busy and vibrant customer service team.
What will you do
* Handling incoming calls from customer regarding ETA’s, up to 200 calls per day
* Inputting any customer prices
* Managing CRM
* Handle and complains and queries
* Quoting standard price tariffs over the phone
* Filtering sales calls
* Assisting with quotes covering holidays and sickness
What will you need
* Experience working working in Waste, Environmental or Plant Hire is essential
* Confident to speak to do quotes covering busy and holidays
* Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
* Proficient in Word and Excel
What’s on offer
* Parking on site
* Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm
* Uniform
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
