The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, forecasting and budgeting.

* Provide insightful financial management to support strategic decision making
* Engage with stakeholders and partners to foster strong relationships
* Contribute to the development of financial strategies and plans
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
* Collaborate effectively with the Accounting & Finance team
* Advocate for fiscal responsibility and efficiency within the organisation
* Participate in project work as required
Profile
A successful FBP should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Proven experience in a similar role within the Not for Profit and Charities sector
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive approach and ability to work well within a team
