With responsibility for a team of Trades staff, you will Multi-Skilled Trade Staff, and working under the guidance of the Property Services Manager you will have day to day responsibility for delivery and coordination of a high quality, efficient value for money customer focused service ensuring repairs to housing stock are completed to the satisfaction of the tenant.
