Customer Experience Change Manager

I am pleased to support a key Morson customer in appointing a Customer Experience Change Manager. Operating across their North West offices, this is an excellent time to consider joining the team.
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Change Manager, you will:
- Manage the Customer Directorate Change Portfolio**: This includes delivering various roadmaps such as CSAT, Website, and System changes to achieve long-term and continual improvements for customers in line with the customer strategy.
- Oversee Project Budgets and Efficiency Initiatives**: Use change programmes to drive efficiencies and simplify processes through the integration of technology, people, and processes.
- Ensure Alignment with Business Change Framework**: Deliver all change projects in line with the business change framework through a coordinated employee engagement plan.
- Support Effective Change Impact Assessments**: Ensure readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments, particularly relating to vulnerable customers, are completed.
- Define, Plan, and Execute Change Management**: Lead and manage the change management initiatives across various projects.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in Change Management**: Proven experience in managing change within an organisation is essential.
- Regulated Environment Experience**: Experience working within a regulated environment is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement Skills**: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent Workload Management Skills**: Strong capability in managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Additional Considerations:
Due to the nature of this role and the significant stakeholder interaction required, you will need to be on-site five days per week. Please consider this aspect carefully as part of your application.
