Job Purpose
* Manage a corporate tax portfolio, overseeing workflow and reviewing returns prepared by the team.
* Lead corporate tax planning for clients of various sizes and across a broad range of business sectors.
* Work closely with senior management to help shape the strategic direction of the tax offering.
* Work autonomously whilst ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
* Build trusted and long lasting client relationships.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services.
* Mentor staff through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and training opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to the tax portfolio.
* Set an example as a hands-on and supportive manager.
