Managing Quantity Surveyor – Dorchester
Are you an experienced Commercial Lead looking for a new opportunity? A leading construction main contractor is seeking a Commercial Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring successful financial completion and protecting the company from financial risks. Responsibilities:
* Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
* Start Up of New Projects
* Procurement
* Applications for Payment and Invoicing
* Cost Control
* Accounting and Reporting
* Risk and Opportunity Management
* Subcontract Administration
* Manage the close out of projects
Skills:
* Experience in a similar role with a tier one contractor
* P22 Framework experience required
* NEC3 Contract experience
* BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
* CSCS
* Relevant driving licence
