Job title: Property Manager
Salary: Up to £37,000
Location: Watford- Hybrid
My client is a well-established agency, looking for a Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in Lettings or Property Management although training will be given. They are a lovely team, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
Duties:
* Resolving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email
* Liaising with private tenants and the management company
* Reporting maintenance issues to approved contractors
* Arranging access for them
* Consulting with landlords
* Providing regular updates on the progress made
* Maintaining accurate records
Attributes:
* Team player
* Hardworking
* Training will be given, but they would look for someone who has some previous experience.
