Job Description:
Job Title: Litigation Team Leader
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
Location: Sheffield
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Litigation Team Leader/Legal Manager for a fantastic company in Sheffield.
The Candidates responsibilities:
* Oversee the performance of both the legal team as well as the litigation team
* End to end litigation and case management
* Ensuring the team meets all targets
* Implementing new processes to continuously improve employee productivity and company success
* Manage all client’s needs and expectations
* Liaising with the Litigation Solicitor in relation to all elements of day to day work to ensure all processes are monitored, managed and completed effectively and efficiently
Skills Needed:
* Previous experience working in a Team Leader role in Litigation would be ideal
* Understanding of Litigation is desirable
* Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation
* The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
* Must have excellent communication and management skills
