Job Description:
Yard Operative with Combi Lift and Counterbalance FLT
Wakefield
Monday to Friday between 7am and 3:30pm

Part of a £50m turnover Group, Conservatory Outlet is Yorkshire’s leading manufacturer of high-quality home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, replacement roofs, windows and doors in both uPVC and aluminium.
We are recruiting a Yard Operative with both Counterbalance and Combi Lift Truck licence to support the manufacturing of a quality product to our retail network. You will be highly motivated, with a “can-do” approach, enthusiastic and committed. You must be flexible, willing, and adaptable and work with the team to ensure the job gets done.
You will know what it takes to achieve targets – and you will have the motivation to get results.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 7am and 3:30pm. We offer fantastic opportunities to progress in a forward-thinking company.

Role Responsibilities
* To check deliveries and move products between departments ensuring the factory have the right amount of stock in the right place at the right time.
* Working outside in a busy yard environment loading and unloading lorries.
* To move goods packed on stillage’s, pallets, or crates around the yard facility.
* To stack goods in the correct location bays.
* Comply with H&S rules to ensure safety procedures are followed.
* Any other duties as required.
Person Attributes
* You will need an in-date Combi Lift and counterbalance license.
* Excellent attention to detail with great organisational skills.
* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player who can work on own initiative with a can-do attitude with effective time management.
* Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
* A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
