Job Purpose
*Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
*Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters.
*Escalate complex queries to a partner and work closely with them to problem solve.
*Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
*Preparation and review of year-end accounts.
*Preparation and review of tax returns.
*Support the firm’s business development strategies, including networking and marketing.
*Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
*Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.
