Your Mission at Elis * To develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to provide first line support to both.
* To efficiently deal with any customer queries
* To provide accurate and timely data entry, manipulation and retrieval, including payroll data - using Crown system to check daily employee hours and clear all exceptions for payroll to be processed.
* You will provide administrative support to the Shift Managers, checking and processing holiday requests, sickness, new starters, leavers, maternity leave, etc.
* Raise purchase orders, credits and check/ change customer orders using Dynamics.
* To identify and appropriately and professionally escalate any problems / issues which need management intervention.
* To maintain customer and staff confidentiality and to work to company policies and procedures at all times.
