Job Description:
I am currently partnering with the company that is playing a leading role in delivering the North West’s low carbon future. Producing over 16% of the UK’s road transport fuels, providing key feedstocks to Britain’s petrochemical industry and investing in developing low carbon fuels. They are a major supplier in the North West and beyond with customers including most of the major retail brands operated by international oil companies and supermarkets, Manchester Airport, leading commercial airlines and the region’s trains and buses.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the People Team. Based on site Monday to Friday near Ellesmere Port. Reporting into the Deputy Chief People Officer with 4 direct reports into this role.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 PA
Purpose of the role:
To lead the company’s recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, to ensure attraction and retention of the highest quality colleagues.
To be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies and helping the Company to secure talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. 
The role has responsibility for the entire hiring and onboarding process and will review, implement, and improve the company’s recruitment processes.
Manage all immigration matters including the sponsorship of all overseas workers.
Accountabilities:
Research, devise and continuously monitor and review appropriate recruitment strategies and methods, ensuring that vacancies are filled cost effectively with high quality candidates.
Responsible for coaching all hiring managers through assessment, selection and interview processes.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership team to ensure the vacancy requirements are accurately identified.   Ensure recruiting managers receive regular progress updates on the status of their recruitment campaigns, from approvals, interviews through to offer and onboarding including anticipated start dates.
Remain up to date on hiring trends, implement creative hiring strategies and run new initiatives to build a pipeline of top-quality recruits. 
Provide a highly professional and positive candidate experience to all applicants.  Identify and implement ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding using the Success Factors platform.
To ensure line managers are engaged and complete the induction process for new members of staff; to support as necessary. To “check in” regularly with new staff and to support as needed.
Work in partnership with stakeholders in the UK and GCC to provide, advise, direct and support with the recruitment strategy, providing a consistent and valid assessment process.
Compile and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure success.
Work with wider People team to develop a consistent employer brand.
Build strong relationship across the company to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving recruitment targets.
