Internal Sales Executive
Hinckley
£25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus
Fabric Recruitment is supporting a well-established company in the local area that due to continued growth is looking to add an Internal Sales professional to their forever-growing team.
Description of the role:
* Handling all incoming enquiries via phone and email
* Sending out customers’ quotations, including following them up to convert to orders.
* Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
* Maintain and update customer relations management system.
* Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
* Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
* Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
About you:
* Previous experience in sales
* Experience within a technical industry
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
* Motivated to exceed targets and objectives.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
