We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic business who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the company on a full time, permanent basis. You will work closely with the financial controller and report into the MD.
This role will be a very hands on transactional role, where you will be required to work closely with the directors in the company.
Duties include:
* Preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance
* Controlling cash flow with daily monitoring.
* Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
* Quarterly VAT submissions
* Oversee financial accounting and reporting activities
* Liaising with the Directors
* Lead the account’s payable function
* Implement cost control measures to maximise profitability
* Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in financial services or related field
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
