Job Description:
Adore Recruitment are currently looking for Supply Chain Administrator to work in Paddock Wood, Kent.
The role will involve coordination and management of daily operations of the supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment scheduling, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries, communicating effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations, resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders, shipments, and deliveries promptly, preparing and generating reports on supply chain activities and performance, other general admin duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous expereince in a similar role, strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems is a plus, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30 pm
