Children’s Residential Deputy Manager
Location: Croydon
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at a 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Croydon. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the emotional, social, and educational needs of the children.
* Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support.
* Implement and monitor individual care plans, promoting the well-being and development of each child.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a children’s residential setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* In-depth understanding of the needs of children with EBD.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or social work (Level 3 or above).
