On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring their products are, designed, manufactured, delivered and installed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly within manufacturing and construction services.

Contracts Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and provide updates throughout the project.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and installation personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work adheres to industry standards and client specifications.
* Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and efficiency.
* Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases and prompt resolution of any delays.
* Identify and address potential issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Contracts Manager
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing and installation, particularly with a bias towards mechanical or electrical services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, installation techniques, and relevant regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred.
* Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
