DIGITAL ASSET OPERATIONS LEAD/ANALYST

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with experience as a Digital Asset Operations Analyst to work for this global Digital Asset custody institution and be part of their huge growth plans. This company provides regulated digital entities with a secure and compliant custody service.
We are seeking someone to lead a small team of Operations Analysts overseeing and ensuring that the Transactions Operations team are managing, setting up and onboarding new assets ensuring they meet compliance regulations.
You will have:
* 2+ years working with FinTech/Digital Assets and a good understanding of Blockchain and Crypto
* Experience with new coin and new staking reviews to meet requirements
* Excellent Client Support experience
* Some background in Project Management, Business Analysis
* Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail
* Any leadership experience is a bonus
In return you will be working across multiple continents helping to support existing and new Digital Asset customers and overseeing an existing team of Transaction Ops Analysts locally.
