We are searching for a dedicated Maintenance Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. This role has a focus on Damp, Mould & Disrepair.

Description
* Inspecting and assessing the condition of properties and identifying necessary repairs
* Preparing detailed reports on the condition of properties and proposed works
* Managing maintenance projects from conception to completion
* Liaising with contractors to ensure work is carried out to a high standard
* Maintaining up-to-date records of all inspections and work carried out
* Providing technical advice to colleagues and clients
* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
* Contributing to the development of maintenance strategies and policies
Profile
**YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING DISREPAIR CASES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE**
This role will cover to Leeds & Bradford Areas
* Experience of Damp & Mould
* Disrepair Exposure & management
* A degree in a relevant field such as building surveying or construction
* A solid understanding of building construction and maintenance
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
