Job Description:
Working for one worlds most desirable brands in the Real Estate/Property Management Sector, we are now seeking to recruit a Residential Facilities Manager based on one of the most exclusive estates in London.
As the Residential Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Hard and Soft Facilities services within several high-end residential properties on the Estate, ensuring that tenants receive a world class level of service.
Key responsibilities will include the management of various contractors delivering specialist facilities services, service charge and budget management, health & safety management, compliance auditing and reporting, liaising with project/surveyor teams delivering major works to insure disruption is kept to a minimum, and identifying and agreeing works with the minor works/surveying teams.
The successful post holder will ideally have experience working in a similar role delivering Facilities Management within high end residential properties. You will also need an eye for detail, a flair for customer services, along with a solid understanding of Health and Safety, Statutory Compliance and Building Maintenance.
A fantastic and exclusive opportunity, the role comes with a Salary up to £50,000 plus various benefits.
