Role Responsibilities
* Shape and develop the VAT team.
* Deliver technical services to clients and provide internal advice.
* Manage team targets, fees, and client services.
* Promote services to win new business.
* Ensure the welfare and development of your team.
* Drive revenue growth with sound commercial judgement.
Qualifications and Skills
* CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
* Knowledge of VAT issues and ROW matters.
* Experience in team management.
