Job Description:
Digital Enquiry Specialist - Luxury Brands, Chelmsford
* Upto£45k OTE
* Potential Progression to Sales Executive
* Friendly and motivated team
Working with a high-end retailer of luxury products within the automotive industry, this is a key role as the first point of contact that customers make when initially enquiring.
You will provide excellent customer service to potential customers and really roll out the red carpet to secure their business.
Role Description:
* This role will be responsible for liaising with the Sales team regardingsales leads via website, social media and direct contact.
* You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, providing them with information with regards to their enquiry
* To communicate with the Sales team to process from enquiry to sale.
* Commission will be earned through deals based on booked appointments.
Person Specification:
* Able to work as part of a close team
* Confident dealing with vehicle reservations, finance proposals and part-exchange evaluations
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
* Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicles
Package:
* £25,000 basic, highly achievable OTE of £40-£45k
* Hours: 45hrs per week
* Monday to Friday (8 - 5.30pm) including 1 late shift per week (12-9pm)
* Alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with 1 day off in the week, each week.
