We’re seeking a dedicated Disrepair Surveyor to join a well known Greater Manchester based Housing Association. This role requires in-depth knowledge of building surveying, disrepair and excellent communication skills.

Description
* Court Attendance
* Conducting detailed building surveys and identifying disrepair.
* Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports on findings.
* Liaising with contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs.
* Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety and building regulations.
* Providing professional advice on property matters.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of strategies.
Profile
A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a similar role and an expert within Disrepair
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using industry-standard software.
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
