* Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to work within both sales and lettings in this busy office covering Esher and the surrounding area
* OTE £45,000 - £50,000 pa
* Competitive basic salary of £25,000 pa and excellent initial guarantee to ensure a smooth transition into the role

Responsibilities as Sales & Lettings Negotiator will include:
* Day-to-day management of clients and enquiries
* Generating and conducting viewings on properties in the Esher area from very large family houses to exclusive apartments
* Negotiating and closing deals to ensure properties are successfully sold or let in line with the latest legislation
* Liaising with the lettings property management team when a let is agreed so that they can produce all tenancy documentation required
* Being a key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
* Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation
What we are looking for:
* Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator
* A successful track record of selling and/or letting residential properties in a similar area
* Local knowledge of Esher and the surrounding areas would be an advantage but is not essential
* Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale or letting
* Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
* A UK driving licence - please note you will need to use your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance
