Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Service Delivery Manager to be Reading based out.
Job Title= Service Delivery Manager
Location = Reading
Duration= 6 Months Initially
IR35 Status: Inside
Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations and working alongside the Senior Management Team as well as ensuring the day-to-day operations of the service. includes, but is not limited to:
* Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
* Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times.
* ITIL CERTIFIED OR ITIL knowledge
* Updating and creating service methods to improve overall efficiency
* Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
* Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
* Routinely monitoring of audits as per policy and support in service design and innovation
* Ensuring the integrity of the service through excellent interpersonal and organisational skill
* At least 3 years proven Service Manager experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
