* Perform and oversee high-quality audits across a diverse client portfolio
* Lead, manage and develop audit teams for optimum performance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their audit requirements
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
* Participate in the development of audit processes and procedures
* Provide excellent customer service, maintaining positive client relationships
* Contribute to the company’s growth and development strategies
* Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting & finance regulations
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
* A qualification in Accounting or related field - ACA/ACCA qualified
* Experience in a managerial role within a UK Practice essential
* Excellent knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making
* Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £45,000 to £65,000 per annum DOE
* Car allowance
* 27 days annual leave, with the ability to purchase an additional 5 days
