Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for a production and office administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team, who has previous office experience with excellent numeracy skills and good attention to detail.
This is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to internal departments
Answering inbound calls
Issuing quote requests following company procedures and dealing with suppliers
Processing purchase orders, ensuring Factory Process Control and UKCA compliance
Stock control
Assist with other administrative duties as required
Maintain organised files and records both physically and electronically.
Requirements
Proficient in office software such as Word, Outlook & Excel
Aptitude to learn and use specialist software, such as Epicor and Strumis.
Strong communicator both written and verbally
Good attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
Previous experience within the engineering/construction industry would be preferred
