Job Description:
Accelerate Teaching is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join a dynamic Special Needs School in Bradford. Starting in September 2024, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching and Learning: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND.
* Student Support: Provide individual and small group support to students, helping them achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Assessment and Reporting: Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide detailed reports to parents and carers.
* Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education.
* Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest best practices in SEND education and participate in ongoing professional development.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant SEND qualifications.

* Adaptability: Flexibility and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
