Our client is looking for an accomplished Business/Transaction Manager to join our growing team based in Chelmsford.

This client stocks a massive range of prestige vehicles and prides itself on having a massive range of exclusive vehicles available. You will be a key part of a large but cohesive team, and you’ll be tasked with the finance packages aspect of the car sales process.

This role has incredible earning potential, and their other Business/Transaction Managers are earning over £100k.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To facilitate the selling of vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.
To control and monitor customer database, ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and used correctly.
Provide support and guidance with regards to the sales process to Sales Executives.
Support and liaise with Handover Specialists prior to customers collecting their vehicles.

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience within a similar role, within the motor finance sector
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
You must be able to adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs
High motivation levels, with excellent communication and administration skills and have the ability to work well under pressure
Skilled at creating an environment in which your team can thrive and perform in.
A professional approach with the ability to coach others.
Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise.
Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast-paced environment.
A flexible approach to work.
Experience of proposals for loan decisions on a daily basis through a variety of means including credit scoring, credit history, affordability analysis.
Experience of delivering a customer centred product or service.
Experience of working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel.

Pay and Hours:

Salary: basic £30,000 + Car Allowance, OTE £100,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm with 1 late shift per week (Midday to 9pm), Saturday 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 10am-5pm)
