Job Description:
* Hybrid role: 2 days per week in zone 6 north of London
* Ongoing temp role
* Fab opportunity to join consumer brand
My client is a well known brand within the food and drinks industry. They have a relaxed and fun working culture and operate on a hybrid basis
They have a number of roles to fill including a mixture of blue and white collar positions. You will assist the Recuitment Manager with a range of administrative tasks
The office is located near to Enfield and you will need to be on site to facilitate candidate interviews approx. 2 days per week
They work 8:30am - 5:30pm but have a flexible working culture
Day to day duties will include:
* Organising interviews and coordinating diaries across the business
* Liaising with candidates and issusing invitations
* Scheduling interviews
* Advertising vacancies
* Meeting candidates and facilitiing interviews
* Put together final interview and first day tote bags
* Update Excel trackers
* Ad hoc responsibilities as they come up
About you
* Experienced with recruitment administation either in-house or agency
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent diary management skills
* Highly motivated and flexible approach to work
* Ability to start with little or no notice and committ for at least 2 to 3 months
A longer term opporutnity could be available to the right person as this is an ever evolving and growing business
